How we move a hot tub in Sarnia
Every hot tub move starts with a short site check. We look at the path from the tub to the truck: gates, fence posts, steps, deck height, overhead wires and how soft the ground is. With that, we choose the crew size and the equipment, so moving day is planned rather than improvised.
1. Power off, drain and secure
We switch the power off at the breaker, disconnect and drain the spa, and secure the cover and loose parts. Electrical work at the new home should be done by a licensed electrician, and we plan the delivery around their booking.
2. Lift, tilt and roll
The tub is tipped onto a padded spa dolly and rolled out on its side, which lets it pass through most standard gates. Boards and ramps protect lawns and steps, and straps keep the tub stable the whole way.
3. Transport and placement
On the truck the tub is strapped and padded so it cannot shift. At the new address we place it on your pad or deck exactly where you want it and remove all of our equipment.
Lakefront and cottage hot tubs
Many hot tubs in the Sarnia area sit behind lakefront homes and cottages along Lake Huron, from Brights Grove to Camlachie. These moves often mean longer carries, sand or soft ground and tighter access. Tell us about the property when you ask for a quote and we bring the right setup.
Free, flat-rate hot tub moving quote
Send us the size of the tub, a few photos of the path and both addresses, and we will give you a clear flat-rate quote with no hidden fees. Call (519) 566-8933 or use the quote form. You can also read more about our hot tub moving service or our movers in Sarnia.
